Lynn, as VP of Operation and a founding member of Foundation Title & Trust, offers unparallel service with over 30 years in the real estate industry. Lynn prides herself in knowing every aspect of each position and has received the distinctive, professional designation of Certified Land Closer (CLC) from the Florida Land Title Associations Certified Land Title Institute. Only well-seasoned, dedicated professionals who successfully complete a lengthy, substantive examination are awarded this designation by the Institute. Her dedication and knowledge provide clients with the trust of a smooth and successful closing.

Relocating to the area in 1998, Lynn became actively involved in the community, being a part of many local associations, not-for-profit agencies as well as state and national title insurance associations. She is passionate about giving back and has been active with the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon since 2000, an active member, Leadership Brandon graduate, and now a board member for the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce and Vice-Chair for both Mary & Martha House, Inc. and The Regent.

In her spare time, you will find her serving her community, fundraising with The Charity Chicks, enjoying the sun at the beach, and exploring the State of Florida with her family, friends, and dogs.
