Dues are $40/month payable via auto-bill pay. By completing this authorization form as well as the application, you're providing Commerce Connections the ability to deduct a one-time $100.00 application fee and $40/month thereafter for in-person meetings and $20/month for virtual meetings. All dues will be deducted on/around the 1st of each month. The application fee and monthly dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All members must provide at least a 30-day notice prior to the last month being auto-deducted.
All term fees are measured from the application date. Applications dated between the 1st and the 15th of the month shall begin their term on the 1st of that month. Applications dated after the 15th of the month shall begin their term on the 1st of the following month. Terms run on a month-to-month basis from the date the term begins. Failure to pay, attend meetings, or participate in the related functions may result in immediate termination of the member's position within the group. Members are required to provide a 30-day written termination notice to Commerce Connections prior to terminating your membership.
Commerce Connections is NOT responsible or obligated to pay for member’s insufficient fund penalties, overdraft fees, or returned payment fees. Commerce Connections reserves the right to cancel your membership due to non-payment, returned payment, or other failed auto-draft.
As a Commerce Connection member, you understand that the credit card provided on the Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization Form will be automatically billed each month until the membership is canceled or terminated. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case Commerce Connections will provide an emailed notice one month or more in advance prior to the implementation of the new changes.
You also understand that you are responsible for updating your credit card information within seven (7) business days of your next billing date should it change for any reason. Commerce Connections is not responsible for any consequences you may face for auto-drafting the current credit card on file in your Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization Form.

Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member's participation in Commerce Connections shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Florida. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving Commerce Connections, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, as well as members, provided that the disputes pertain to membership or participation in Commerce Connections.
Limitations on Liability: In no event shall Commerce Connections be liable to me or any third party in contract, tort or otherwise for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, punitive or economic damages or lost profits, regardless of whether either party shall be advised, shall have other reason to know or in fact shall know of the possibility.
Indemnity: I shall indemnify, defend, and hold Commerce Connections harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, assessments, or judgments asserted, and any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, accounting fees, and investigation costs to the extent permitted by law) alleged or incurred arising out of or relating to any operations, acts, or omissions of the indemnifying party or any of its employees, agents, and invitees in the exercise of the indemnifying party's rights or the performance or observance of the indemnifying party's obligations under this agreement. Prompt notice must be given of any claim, and the party who is providing the indemnification will have control of any defense or settlement.
Compliance with Laws: I shall comply in all respects with all applicable legal requirements governing the duties, obligations, and business practices of my industry and shall obtain any permits or licenses necessary for its operations. I shall not take any action in violation of any applicable legal requirement that could result in liability being imposed on me or Commerce Connections.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without reference to any conflicts of law provisions.
